HOUSE RULES

For Private Hires and Group bookings of 7 and over please submit your enquiry through our BOOK button

Mon-Sat bookings (Size: 1-20 attending)
All bookings require a £5per head authentication per person. Your card will be authenticated for £5 per person. We do not charge your card to book; we simply take the information in case of a no show and/or failure to cancel before our 24h cancellation period. £5 per person will be charged as cancellation fee should you cancel within 24h of your booking date or not show up for your reservation.

Mon-Sat bookings (Size: 20+ attending)
All bookings require a £10per head authentication per person. Your card will be authenticated for £10 per person. We do not charge your card to book; we simply take the information in case of a no show and/or failure to cancel before our 48h cancellation period. £10 per person will be charged as cancellation fee should you cancel within 48h of your booking date or not show up for your reservation.

Sunday bookings (All group sizes)
All bookings require a £10per head authentication per person. Your card will be authenticated for £10 per person. We do not charge your card to book; we simply take the information in case of a no show and/or failure to cancel before our 48h cancellation period. £10 per person will be charged as cancellation fee should you cancel within 48h of your booking date or not show up for your reservation.

Bookings are for two hours, but you are welcome to make back-to-back bookings should you wish to stay longer. Please use the same name for these so we can organise the tables properly!

We are now completely cashless, please make sure you bring a card or contactless payment method with you.

Please note: Online enquiries and emails are not monitored on Sundays. For bookings on the day for the day (Sundays) please call the venue directly.

Patio/Garden bookings?

Our outdoor area is half covered – you are welcome to leave a request to ask for a specific spot in the sun/shelter, however this isn’t always possible. As you can imagine we will have a lot of people asking the same question.

What happens if I am running late?
Please note, we can only hold your reservation for 15 minutes. After this time, the space will be made available to other customers. If you are running behind, give us a call on 0207 735 4440 and we will try and assist. Please note that we are experiencing high volumes of calls when in-service so we might not be able to attend to your call immediately.

What happens if I need to cancel a booking?
We have had a huge number of no-shows over the last few weeks so please do let us know if your plans have changed.
We kindly request that you let us know ASAP of your inability to attend – Ideally no later than 24h* before the booking takes place. This way we can give the table to other hungry and thirsty guests.

ALLERGEN ADVISORY
Daily changing menu – please notify a member of staff should you or anyone in your group have dietaries or allergies and we will be able to assist.
