House Rules

Please note: Online enquiries and emails are not monitored on Sundays. For bookings on the day for the day (Sundays) please call the venue directly.

Mon-Sat bookings (Size: 1-20 attending)
All bookings require a £5per head authentication per person. Your card will be authenticated for £5 per person. We do not charge your card to book; we simply take the information in case of a no show and/or failure to cancel before our 24h cancellation period. £5 per person will be charged as cancellation fee should you cancel within 24h of your booking date or not show up for your reservation.

Mon-Sat bookings (Size: 20+ attending)
As above but with 48h cancellation policy and £10 per person card authentication.

Sunday bookings (All group sizes)
As above but with 48h cancellation policy and £10 per person card authentication.

Terrace Bookings
Our outdoor area is half covered – you are welcome to leave a request to ask for a specific spot in the sun/shelter, however this isn’t always possible. As you can imagine we will have a lot of people asking the same question.

December Rules
Small tables: All bookings require a £10 per head authentication per person. Your card will be authenticated for £10 per person. We do not charge your card to book; we simply take the information in case of a no show and/or failure to cancel before our 48h cancellation period. £10 per person will be charged as cancellation fee should you cancel within 48h of your booking date or not show up for your reservation.

Xmas Menu bookings: To secure the booking we require a deposit of £10 per person. The amount is allocated towards the final spend and is not refundable on the night. Cancellation period is 14 days. Deposit will be kept by the venue if booking is cancelled within the cancellation period. Of course, we won’t charge for one or two dropouts, but we do politely ask you to let us know 72h before the booking takes place! Please note: dropouts within 72 to 48h of the booking date will be charged £10 per person and cancellations within 48h, full menu price.

World Cup:
We will be showing!

Drinks pre-order for all match bookings is required no later than 48h before the booking takes place, for the most up to date menu please look at our website.

Sound will be on for all England matches and quarter finals onward.

How to pay?
We are now completely cashless, please make sure you bring a card or contactless payment method with you.

What happens if I am running late?
Please note, we can only hold your reservation for 15 minutes. After this time, the space will be made available to other customers. If you are running behind, give us a call on 0207 735 4440 and we will try and assist. Please note that we are experiencing high volumes of calls when in-service so we might not be able to attend to your call immediately.

ALLERGEN ADVISORY
Daily changing menu – please notify a member of staff should you or anyone in your group have dietaries or allergies and we will be able to assist.
